• About the room This stylish accommodation is perfect for family trips, girls’ parties and drinks parties.

The room is a 7-minute walk from Tokyo Skytree Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line, a 10-minute walk from Oshiage Station on the Tokyo Metro Hanzomon Line, and a 10-minute walk from Honjo Azumabashi Station on the Toei Asakusa Line.

• Check-in time is 3pm. If you wish to check in early, please ask in advance; changes cannot be made on the day. ^_^ Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request.
• Check-out time is 11am. If you wish to check out later, please ask in advance; changes cannot be made on the day. ^_^ Please note that we may not be able to fulfill your request.
• In order to accommodate the next guest, if you are unable to check out within the stipulated time, a fee of 2,000 yen per hour will be charged. Please note that we are unable to keep your luggage after check-out.
• We cannot hold lost items for long periods of time. Please contact us as soon as possible. (We will hold items free of charge for about a week, but we are not responsible if they are not picked up after a week.)

Towels and bedding

• A set of towels will be provided per person regardless of length of stay.
• The number of pillows is provided according to the number of users.

Room usage is strictly limited to the number of guests booked.

Our rooms are completely non-smoking. If traces of smoking (cigarette butts, odor, etc.) are found, an additional cleaning fee (33,000 yen including tax) will be charged.
